Reset Chair + Infrared Sauna Experience (45 Minutes)
Step into The Reset Room, a private, immersive wellness experience designed to help you slow down, release tension, and reset both mind and body. This 45-minute session begins with the deeply restorative support of The Reset Chair, featuring our top-of-the-line Panasonic massage chair, and concludes with the therapeutic warmth of our infrared sauna.
The Reset Chair
Settle into The Reset Chair, where advanced body-scanning technology and zero-gravity positioning deliver a fully customized, full-body massage. Designed to melt tension and calm the nervous system, this experience supports muscular release and deep relaxation from head to toe. Your session can be paired with our studio-recorded guided meditations, thoughtfully created to quiet the mind and support a complete reset of both body and nervous system.
Infrared Sauna
Following your chair session, transition into the infrared sauna to continue your reset. Infrared heat gently penetrates the body, helping to relax muscles, improve circulation, support detoxification, and reduce joint and muscle discomfort. This soothing warmth encourages deep relaxation while supporting recovery, immune function, and overall well-being, allowing the benefits of your session to settle more fully into the body.
