MADISON SAVARD — Certified Holistic Nutritional Consultant, C.H.N
I didn’t come to holistic nutrition through a textbook. I came through a rabbit hole.
The more I learned about how our food is produced, the labels that mislead us, and the massive corporations that have a stranglehold on what ends up on our plates, the more I knew I needed a different approach. That curiosity became personal when I started connecting my own struggles — thinning hair, acne, mental health struggles — to what I was putting in my body. When I started nourishing myself with real, whole food, everything shifted. Not just physically, but mentally and spiritually too.
That’s what holistic nutrition is to me. It’s not a diet. It’s not a set of rules. It’s a practice — as grounding and intentional as the yoga I teach. Movement and nutrition are two sides of the same coin, and when they come together, that’s where real, lasting change lives.
I graduated from the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition and my approach is rooted in the belief that the body is always communicating with us. Symptoms aren’t the enemy — they’re information. Rather than addressing them in isolation, I look at how your body systems interact and what they’re trying to tell you, so we can support your body in the most natural way possible.
I also believe deeply in balance. Consistency beats perfection every single time, and you will never hear me tell you to skip the chocolate cake (because I wouldn’t either). This is a judgement free space. Nutrition can be deeply personal, and I’m not here to tell you what you’re doing wrong. I’m here to help you understand what your body is asking for — and respond with a little more intention.
