Connect with yourself and your baby in this nurturing space suitable for all stages of pregnancy.
This prenatal yoga class will mindfully support you throughout pregnancy to cultivate nourishing movement, build strength as baby grows, and deepen your breath to allow you to tune into your own intuition and nurture yourself while preparing for birth, baby and postpartum. As you move along this sacred transformation this Prenatal Yoga class will provide a safe, supportive environment among other women.
Props such as a bolster, blocks, strap, resistance band, and a ball (e.g. lacrosse, tennis ball) will be used during the class.
