Join us for a four week series of yoga for the complete beginner or those with minimal experience.
This series will build understanding and confidence to reap the amazing benefits of an intelligent yoga practice. In each class, there will be a user friendly physical practice and a thoughtful discussion as how to customize the postures to suit one’s own unique abilities and needs and at the same time, avoid injuries. Upon conclusion, the participant will be well equipped to attend many of the various classes offered on the Studio 85 schedule.
The course facilitator is Tracy Mann who has been teaching yoga full-time for the past 20 years. Tracy enjoys sharing and exploring the many positive physical and emotional results of practicing yoga.
