Thursdays – February 2nd – 23rd (4 weeks)
Bring baby and move with us through an amped up yoga flow class incorporating weights, bands, gliders, repetitive isometric and mini pulse contractions. We will focus on rebuilding core muscles, pelvic floor and breath awareness. The perfect mix of Vinyasa flow and higher intensity intervals designed specifically for the postnatal body.
All levels welcome.
