A class designed to strengthen & relax the prenatal body for labor & improve postnatal recovery time.
We will move through active and passive poses (Yin and Yang) to bring balance to both body and mind. Also, infusing relaxation techniques with the breath, as well as educating & bringing awareness to your pelvic floor and deep core muscles.

*please bring a bolster or large pillow to class if you have one!
