Movement & Mindfulness for Kids (Ages 8-12)
Saturday November 26th
This class is designed to cover many of aspects of yoga and will be full of movement, breath and mindfulness activities. Kids will be challenged with different poses for strength, coordination and balance in combination with breathing styles and mindfulness exercises to slow and calm the mind.
