Too many thoughts? No worries, I speak to how thoughts are a part of your meditation practice and how accessible it is to everyone through the art of surrender. This workshop is for beginners and those craving to deepen their practice. I share an in-depth understanding of meditation, how to meet your edges and blocks and where, when, why and how to joyfully implement it into your life. We’ll meditate together for experiential understanding and you can use this meditation practice for the rest of your life for continued peace, clarity and strength.
Teaching meditation is truly a passion of mine and I created this workshop for you! Please bring a notebook and pen, as well as pillows, blankets or fold-up chairs to make yourself comfortable. I’m so excited to have you.
