No experience is necessary. Together we will either kick-start or deepen your meditation practice. My intention is to guide you inwards through an in-depth understanding of meditation and how to joyfully implement it into your daily life. We’ll meditate together for experiential understanding and you can use this practice for the rest of your life to anchor you into peace, strength and flow.
Join Laura and speak about what interests you most through a discussion format, as well as leave with everything you need – where, when, how and why to meditate. She will share her journey and how the practice has changed her for the better from the inside out. This is truly Laura’s passion!
**Please bring a notebook and pen, as well as any pillows, blankets or fold-up chairs to make yourself comfortable.
