This one is for all the Mothers. The soon to be, the brand new and those who have spent years Mothering others (our own children or not) and now want to Mother themselves. Gentle nourishing movement that will ease you back into your body. Relieve aches and pains of the ever changing body that carries us through all stages of the motherhood journey. We will nurture our container as it expands, contracts and heals itself on a physical, emotional and spiritual level. Come Mother yourself an hour a week and rebuild a part of your village.
Classes are lead by Pre/Post natal specialist and Midwife to the inner journey, Stephanie Jones
