Spring is in the air and it’s a marvellous time to utilize the insights we’ve gained through our recent global shift to craft a better future for ourselves and others. We’ll gain clarity on what is truly in our highest interest going forwards and learn how to stay true to our goals and see them through. The clarity gained will be further optimized through learning the art of meditation and how to implement it into your daily life. Meditation trains us to focus, remain calm, and respond intentionally, which escalates our ability to fulfill our potential. Let us support you, add light, hope and a clear direction in our lives.
How it works:
Once you have signed up you will receive a zoom link, this will allow us all to connect Saturday, May 2nd at 1:00pm. We will also send out a worksheet and handout prior to – we will fill this out together in the session.
