The New Year can be a powerful time for a new beginning. It is the perfect time to plant seeds of intention and get really clear on how you want to feel. Join us for a gentle yang/yin yoga practice and guided journaling workshop where we’ll create space to dive deep into your own unique Sankalpa- the true intention of your heart and mind.
