Together we will meet twice a month to create a supportive, welcoming meditation community. The first half of each session will be focused on meditating together, including a tip to take home to add to your practice. The second half of the session will be discussion format, where I will introduce and explain a new concept about meditation, followed by input and questions from the group.
My focus of this series is for you to have a safe space to meet regularly to feel understood and supported as you begin the journey of implementing meditation into your daily life. I want you to feel fully capable and open to the infinite possibilities a daily practice promises.
