Join Kate Love to learn more about the practice of mindfulness meditation.
In this workshop, Kate guides you through an introduction to mindfulness meditation and builds on your awareness with a variety of mindfulness practices to deepen you experience.
You will come away with practical tools and empowering strategies to help kick-start or strengthen your mindful meditation practice.
Please bring comfortable clothing, something to sit on (mat, blanket or cushion), and an open mind to the possibilities of a rich mindfulness practice.
