FRIDAY, May 3rd – June 21st
Moms and babies (0-4 yrs) join us Fridays for a special half modified HIIT & half Yoga class designed especially for postnatal bodies!
Our class will focus on healing the core and pelvic floor, shedding that baby weight and stretching out those sore tired muscles.
First will begin with a gentle yoga flow to warm up the body and get the blood flowing. We will then move into a cardio and strength circuit designing
All levels welcome.
Modifications will be available depending on your ‘postnatal’ stage and experience level.
Babies can play or sleep while we
