Yoga for Better Backs is a practice that will help you relieve strain and tension in the body by using long holds in therapeutic postures. Once the body has released into the posture we integrate intelligent movement with the use of specific props to activate the proper muscles. This results in harmonizing deeply rooted preference patterns with proper movement to realign your spine and improve your over-all well being. This class is beneficial for everyone including beginners; if you have severe spinal conditions/injury please consult your doctor before joining the class. After just the first class you will feel more open, tall and self-aware. This is a class you surely don’t want to miss!
