This workshop offers students both a physically challenging and deeply restorative practice. This 2-hour workshop prepares the mind with an outline of the Koshas (principals in Yoga Nidra) and prepares the body with an athletic Vinyasa Flow practice, moving into a long, guided meditation with the practice of Yoga Nidra.
Yoga Nidra is a unique system of relaxation. It is a powerful tool for stress management and life balance. Yoga Nidra focuses on a transformative, deeply restful practice which improves sleep, inviting a more open and receptive body and mind.

Setting your course in a positive direction with a 2-hour workshop involving:
– Mindful physical practice
– Intention setting and yogic philosophy
– Yoga Nidra/guided meditation
Please bring:
- A pillow and blanket
- Wear clothing for physical practice, please bring an additional layer for warmth for the Yoga Nidra portion of the `class
- Journal for reflection
